How do we take care of our advisory process?

Before we take your case:

  • We make a personalized initial analysis of your professional and family situation to determine which are the best immigration options.

  • We establish clear expectations and parameters of our immigration process

The first step to define your migration alternatives, is to set up an appointment with one of our Migration Consultants, the main bullet points that will take place in your meeting will be:

  • Initial and personalized analysis of your professional and familiar.

  • Explanation about the criteria/requirements of the immigration category applicable in each case.

  • Explanation of each stage of the process and the estimated time that will take each phase.

  • Explanation of the professional fees and government fees required by the Canadian Government.

Contract/Preparation case:

  • Preparation of the contract with the obligations of Alternativa Canada Inc., according to the case, fees, payments to the Canadian Government for the application process, and also the terms to be worked on your case.

  • Clear explanation of the canadian laws, each step and process timing

  • Gathering of the necessary documents to present a complete application (including the official forms according to each different country) according to the Canadian immigration laws.

  • Elaboration of an estimated work towards CIC, Citizenship and Immigration Canada- with a detailed relationship in each case of the immigration laws.

  • Preparation of the interview with immigration agents in case of being necessary.

According to the ICCRC – Immigration Consultant of Canada Regulatory Council – our regulatory agency, we provide our clients with a contract of services (Retainer Agreement) that clearly details the terms and conditions of the services that we will provide in every case. Additionally, we make a differentiation among service fees, processing costs, and payments to the Canadian government.
